Stella Spyrou is a choreographer and teacher of African diaspora dances, based in Athens.
Her artistic practice centers on rhythm, pulse, and the collective experience of movement. Her research approaches the body as a carrier of memory and cultural processes, drawing inspiration from her experiences in Brazil and from Afro-Brazilian dance and ritual practices.
